电影故事是发生在洛杉矶----这个多民族、多文化聚集的大城市。影片的开始就是一起看似普通的撞车事件，以及几个与这个事件有关的人。然后，镜头将我们带到这次撞车事件发生的前一天，并分别向我们展示了这几个主要人物在这几十个小时中所发生的事情。在最后，“In The Deep”的旋律响起，在Bird York的歌声里，电影里的人们终于捅破了隔阂，真诚得交换彼此，洛杉矶也下起阔别近10年的雪...... 这首奥斯卡最佳提名歌曲给人很忧伤的感觉，让人有很多的感触和想象的空间，跟电影完全相匹配。一首用心灵回味的歌曲，一部用唯美的故事，带来一个伤感的结局......
