class="">为做好目前在主城区（邗江区、广陵区、开发区、生态科技新城、蜀冈-瘦西湖风景名胜区）扬州籍留学生离扬出境工作，结合扬州疫情防控相关规定，现就扬州籍留学生离扬出境受理有关事项公告如下。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">一、离扬出境条件</span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 1、低风险地区的扬州籍留学生；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 2、近5天内2次核酸检测阴性（两次间隔24小时以上）；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 3、本人及共同居住的家庭成员近14天内无发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞流涕、咽痛、嗅觉/味觉减退或消失、结膜炎（畏光流泪、结膜充血）、肌痛、腹泻等新冠肺炎相关症状，且与确诊病例、无症状感染者无接触史和轨迹交集。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 中高风险地区人员以及“苏康码”红、黄码人员不得离扬出境。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">二、申请和办理</span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （一）网上申请</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 1、符合离扬出境条件的留学生登录“扬州教育网”（网址jyj.yangzhou.gov.cn），在首页“公告公示”栏下载《扬州籍留学生离扬出境申请表》和《陪送家长申请表》，按要求填写相关信息并制作成一个PDF文件，文件命名为“申请人姓名+出境申请表”；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 2、对照《申请表》中“需要提交的材料”目录，将所有材料照片或截图制作成一个PDF文件，文件命名为“申请人姓名+出境基础材料”；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 3、申请人应如实填写表格，完整提供佐证材料，并对填写内容及提供的佐证材料的真实性负责，如提供的信息和材料不真实、不完整，由此产生不能离扬出境的后果由申请人承担；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 4、申请人需将以上两个PDF文件打包后发送到指定邮箱：4352086@qq.com；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 5、申请截止时间：2021年8月18日中午12:00。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （二）资格审核审批</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 扬州市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部组织工作专班对申请人提交的表格和相关佐证材料进行审核。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （三）发放《留学生离扬出境初审通过告知书》</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 审核通过的留学生由扬州市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部发放《留学生离扬出境初审通过告知书》。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">三、离扬出境流程和管理</span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （一）集中审查。取得离扬出境资格的留学生及至多1名陪同人员于8月19日上午8：00前凭《留学生离扬出境初审通过告知书》到指定地点集中，测温查码、校验佐证材料原件、核酸采样等。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （二）闭环转运。留学生及陪同人员凭当日核酸检测阴性证明，由市指挥部统一安排车辆，采取“点对点”闭环转运方式送至省内目的地。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （三）隔离要求。留学生及陪同人员闭环转运至省内目的地后，统一安排14天集中隔离和7天健康监测。请配合当地做好核酸采样及健康监测工作。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> （四）离境管理。14天集中隔离和7天健康监测结束后，无异常情况的留学生及陪同人员在做好个人防护的情况下有序出行。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">四、提醒事项</span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 1、留学生及陪同人员隔离监测期间的食宿费用自理。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""> 2、本人不从北京或途经、经停北京离境。</span></p><p
