class="">1、非低保重度残疾人生活补贴按照低保标准的100%发放，提高至每人每月740元；一户多残、依老养残的残疾人生活补贴按照低保标准60％发放，提高至每人每月444元；低保家庭内的重度残疾人生活补贴按照低保标准的35%发放，提高至每人每月259元；低保家庭内的非重度残疾人生活补贴按照低保标准的25%发放，提高至每人每月185元；三、四级精神智力残疾的残疾人生活补贴按照低保标准20%发放，提高至每人每月148元。</span></p><p 编辑老婆一年的退休养老金也被21062元少许多。建议政府给低退休养老金的人每年调整时的幅度大一些，要统筹兼顾，要能做到调整时“高者幅度小、低者幅度大”的原则，使每个退休人员所调整的增量趋于合理！！
