class="">科技镇长团具备先天优势，在架起架牢校地、校企沟通桥梁方面相对容易便捷。一年多来，第十三批科技镇长团仪征团积极开展产学研合作，通过赴派出单位开展“两访三对接”，建立定期对接、互访、会商机制，从向高校一头找技术转向为校地两头求合作，发挥团员桥梁纽带作用。此外，找准高校学科和地方产业契合点，主动牵线搭桥，深度对接，实现让短期挂职成果固化为“永久牌”长期合作。先后邀请专家教授来访近1600人次，解决企业难题320多项。引进长江学者团队和国家杰青团队，帮助2家企业获得了省重大科技成果转化专项资金。开展产学研合作对接50余次，达成合作48项，签订相关合同、协议34项。促成扬大电气与能源动力工程学院与大仪镇等6项战略合作。引进高层次创新创业人才54人，其中申报国家重大人才工程23人，获批省“双创计划”资助2人，扬州市“绿扬金凤计划”双创团队1个。</span></p><p class="">科技镇长团是省人才服务基层的创新举措，一年来，第十三批科技镇长团仪征团立足出发点，牢固树立“不当挂职当任职，不当客人当主人”理念，立足前期开展好走访调研、摸清市情、企情的基础上，围绕人才引进、挂钩园区、联系产业制定责任清单，挂图作战，明确每名团员就是一面旗帜、牵头一个项目，主动找部门进高校、摸需求搭桥梁，切实营造出人人愿做事、敢担事、能成事的工作氛围。经过全团一年来的共同努力，仪征团积分在全省106个团里排名第二，其中，产学研对接积分排名第一。</span></p><p
