class="">陈集镇建立健全企业自愿和政府支持相结合的清洁生产机制，扩大自愿性清洁生产审核范围，对超标、超总量排污和使用、排放有毒有害物质的重点企业实施强制性清洁生产审核；加大清洁生产改造方案实施力度，推进低费、无费方案全面实施，加大对中高费方案的政策支持力度，促进企业提高实施率。目前，陈集镇应当通过清洁生产的企业已全部通过。到今年年底，陈集镇应当实施清洁生产审核的企业通过审核比例将达到100%。</span></p><section class="">橡胶制品是陈集镇的传统产业，已经有近30年的历史，扬州东星橡胶股份有限公司、仪征橡胶制品公司和仪征市新建橡塑制品有限公司等一批龙头企业采用新技术、新工艺、新装备、新材料，围绕品种质量、节能减排、安全生产等领域，加大技术改造力度，促进产品升级换代，实现内涵式发展，企业生产各种型号的运输带、三角带和橡胶杂件，被列为国家水电八局传动带专门供应商。</span></p><p
