大仪镇创新工作方法，大力推行“三代办”便民服务模式

class="">目前大仪镇共配置5名全科“代办专员”，每名专员都具备独当一面的“单兵作战”能力。只要是落户大仪镇的项目，不论大小，代办专员都会第一时间根据不同的项目采用不同的服务方式，为项目提供从企业注册到竣工投产全链条无偿代办服务。项目一般分为三类，并有对应的服务模式：第一类是拿地项目，实行“主要领导把关，专人全程跟踪，团队并联服务”模式；第二类是租赁项目，实行“分管领导把关，专人全程服务”模式；第三类是个体经营项目，实行“市场监管部门准入、行政审批局赋权即办、关联窗口扎口服务”模式。对于企业发展过程中遇到的难题，代办专员会全程跟踪，有力推动企业高质量发展。</span></p><p class="">大仪镇布局村（社区）便民服务网络，各村（社区）均公布了可直接办理事项清单和帮代办事项清单，配备了1-2名全科社工代办员，临时性救助、残疾人两项补贴等事项均通过村（社区）代办员代办，代办事项100余件，超过90%的事项实现“跑一次”或“零”跑。通过“小代办”形式把便民措施真正落到了实处。</span></p><p
