class="">江苏睿来汽车配件有限公司20万台汽车散热器项目是我市首批“拿地即开工”项目，该项目自8月份土地挂牌以来，马集镇深入落实“代办帮办会办”机制，充分发挥镇“店小二”代办服务站职能，按照“拿地即开工”文件要求抓紧推进，依照“容缺受理”办法对相关手续进行提前预审，及时召开“拿地即开工”项目集中推进会，邀请市职能部门工作人员现场参与解决项目推进过程中遇到的问题，切实为项目顺利推进理清思路、明确路线图，仅用了两个多月时间，企业就顺利拿到了项目土地证、建设用地规划许可证、审图合格证、建设工程规划许可证、施工许可证，创造了我市项目审批最快速度。</span><br></p><section class="">围绕全年发展目标，今年以来，马集镇一方面积极做好在建项目服务工作，聚焦“真省心”服务品牌建设，务实开展企业走访、帮助企业对接化解人才、土地、资金、销售等难题，确保项目按序时推进；另一方面，坚持把投产达效作为项目建设的检验标尺，力推睿来汽车配件、澳凯新材料等4个“拿地即开工”项目快建设。同时，始终把招商引资作为经济工作的硬核工程，加密走出去、高效引进来，梯队式招引项目，截至目前，马集镇共组织外出招商活动40余次，签约亿元项目12个，在建亿元项目8个。
