据榕侨翡翠湾小区业主介绍，这个大坑已经存在一年了，2020年12月份物业挖的，直至现在也没有填上，这让他们很是揪心。记者在小区的喷泉广场中部、20号楼东南角绿化带处找到了业主口中的大坑，眼前的大坑直径约有3米，坑中满是积水。坑旁有两个半米多高的土堆，四周还堆积着不少石板，这应该就是当时挖坑掀起的路面铺设材料和挖出的泥土。由于存在很长时间了，土堆上散落着一些枯干的树枝。</span></p><section class="">记者来到小区物业管理处了解情况，扬州榕侨物业服务有限公司副总经理章鹏告诉记者，2020年12月9日，与他们物业公司签约的消防维保单位来到小区进行消防例行检查，经检测，消防管网的水压为零，无法正常使用。现场勘查后发现小区喷泉广场及20号楼东南角地面渗水严重，初步排查为消防外网管道问题导致，应为地下铺埋的消防外网管道发生了渗漏、爆裂等故障。消防外网管道为整个小区消防管网的基础管道，一旦出现故障，全小区的消防栓、喷淋系统等将全部无法出水，大坑是为了解决这个问题挖的。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p 开发商遗留问题 物业根本不把业主安全放在第一位，只想方设法圈业主钱，车位一年涨价一倍，价格想怎么定怎么定！ 物业收费多年，说亏损，还赖着不走，又想动维修基金的心思！物业就是这么坏 榕侨物业和开发商是一家。钱是只进不出。别说填坑了。他们是挖坑坑业主的专业户。 太不像话 狗屁物业拿钱不干活，之前的活动广场，篮球场，泳池现如今破烂不堪。到时间就打电话要你缴物业费。垃圾物业 一开始环境还不错现在越来越差大坑存在一年多随意框起来就算完事了？公共娱乐场所不修缮杂草丛生 。小朋友们每天就在喷泉附近玩，还有那么大的坑，随着雨水冲刷坑越来越大积水也多，非常危险。车位不解决，随意涨价。好好的小区被这个物业搞的乌烟瘴气的！！！ 物业太差，天天想着怎么捞钱
