class="">蔡家庄小区位于大庆南路199号，于1999年建成,共有住宅楼6栋、建筑面积1.25万平方米、居民110户。由于建设年代久远，存在基础设施不齐全、布局不合理，是此次改造的老旧小区之一。此次改造项目为四星级标准，总投资730万元，目前改造项目已竣工并投用。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"
