张正源：当他本人到达我们社区之后，我们首先要他填写一个外来人员登记表，要给他一个返乡人员告知书，告知他一些居家监测的一些流程和行程。那么在填完单子之后，比如说一些中高风险地区人员，我们还要给他填写居家监测告知书。那么在填完之后，我会给他开单子做核酸检测，在离我们社区最近的真州卫生院去做一次核酸检测或者三天两检。</span></p></section></section></section><p
