class="">随着春运返程高峰来临，返乡返岗的人流车流增加，各地、各相关部门要抓好返扬人员健康管理，坚持“一把手”负总责，进一步压紧压实企业、学校、工地和机关单位的主体责任，强化返岗人员排查登记和跟踪管理，落实省外来扬人员登记报告制度，规范开展苏康码赋码转码工作，确保各项防疫措施部署到位、落实到位、执行到位。要提前准备好核酸检测点，及时公布点位信息，精准推送防控要求，引导群众错峰、分批、就近检测。要抓紧抓好重点人群和高风险岗位人群闭环管理，及时动态更新重点人群数据库，严格落实核酸检测频次要求，强化一线人员个人防护措施，细致做好心理抚慰和人文关怀，切实杜绝感染风险。要细化“外防输入”各项措施，强化入境人员全流程闭环管理，落实落细转运、居家健康监测等管控要求，加强跨境货物和国际快件疫情防控，确保做到“人、物、环境”同防。</span><br></section><section
