class="">记者了解到，我市三河片区城市更新项目位于老城区与滨江新城的中心区，征拆范围东至东岳庙、东门小街，西至东园南路，南至扬子东路，北至新河路，共涉及约1300户。征拆范围内多为个人住宅，建成年代较早，存在部分房屋老旧、线路裸露老化、街巷拥堵狭窄、配套设施不全、缺少物业管理等问题。为改善群众生活条件、改变区域环境面貌、提升城市形象品质，三河片区纳入城市更新改造计划，该项目于去年九月启动入户调查登记。</span></p><p
