class="">李先生申领的货物运输证，只要在手机上就能申请。这得益于市交通局在今年全面推广应用道路运输证、道路运输经营许可证等各类交通运输电子证照，鼓励从事货物运输的企业和个人网上申领相关证照，并采用线上办事为主、线下办事为辅的服务新模式，简化企业、群众办事环节，优化服务流程，提升办事效率，进一步优化交通运输营商环境。而在传统行政管理模式下，“多头跑、重复跑”和“办证多、办事难”一直是困扰基层服务的难题。</span></p><section
