box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">当前，疫情防控形势严峻复杂。为进一步做好我市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，坚决防范疫情输入和传播风险，切实守护人民群众生命安全和身体健康，现就加强疫情防控有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">一、严格做好外地来扬返扬人员管理。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">所有外地来扬返扬人员，应在抵扬前或抵扬后立即向所在社区（村）和单位（或所住宾馆）报备，积极配合做好信息登记、核酸检测、健康管理等疫情防控措施。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">二、严格落实交通出行疫情防控措施。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">高速公路、国省干道、汽渡等出入口要严格落实各项查验措施，“两站一场一码头”、出租车（网约车）、公交车等要严格执行戴口罩、测体温、扫“扬城扫码通”、查验苏康码、行程码等措施。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">三、严格落实重点场所防控措施。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">演艺场所、影剧院、网吧、健身房、浴室、瑜伽馆、足疗店、针灸馆、艾灸馆、酒吧、KTV、室内体育馆、棋牌室、麻将馆等休闲娱乐场所一律暂停营业，美术馆、博物馆、文化馆、图书馆（城市书房）等公共文化场所一律暂停开放。高校、养老机构、福利机构、建筑工地、监所等场所一律实行封闭管理。农贸市场、商场、超市、宾馆、银行、餐馆、饭店、美容美发店、室外景区、公园等公共场所要严格执行戴口罩、测体温、扫“扬城扫码通”、查验苏康码、行程码以及错峰、限流50%等措施，落实疫情防控措施不到位的一律关停。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">四、严格落实学校和校外培训机构防控措施。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">加强全市各级各类高校、学校（幼儿园）核酸检测，校外培训机构、托育机构一律停止线下培训教学。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">五、严格落实疫情防控主体责任。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">机关企事业单位（窗口服务单位）、各类市场主体、社会团体等要落实主体责任，严格落实防控措施，按规定做好每日环境消杀工作。保洁、保安、外卖、快递、物流等行业部门要严格按照要求落实各项防疫措施。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">六、严格医疗机构管理和落实“哨点”疫情防控责任。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">严格医疗机构预检分诊和发热患者接诊收治管理，未设置发热门诊的医疗机构禁止接诊“十大症状”患者，严格落实发热等患者闭环管理要求。除急诊、发热门诊外，二级以上医院全面推行预约挂号，严格限制探视、陪护。全市各类门诊部、个私诊所暂停诊疗服务。线上线下药店一律暂停“退热、止咳、抗病毒、抗菌素”等四大类疫情监测药品销售。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">七、严格社区（村）、小区、庄台管理。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">压实属地、部门、单位、个人“四方责任”。城市小区、农村庄台在保证消防安全的基础上，根据实际情况合理设置进出通道，组织力量轮班值守，人员进入必须严格执行戴口罩、测体温、扫“扬城扫码通”、查验苏康码、行程码等措施。落实街道（乡镇）干部、网格员、基层医务工作者、民警、志愿者“五包一”社区防控责任制。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">八、严格控制聚集性活动。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">按照“非必须、不举办”原则，严格控制会议活动数量和规模。原则上暂停机关、企事业单位集聚性活动，确需举办的需提前报备，并严格落实各项防控措施。全市城乡提倡“喜事缓办、丧事简办、宴会不办”，农村大棚宴暂停举办。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">九、严格落实市民外出报备制度。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">广大市民“非必要、不离扬”，确需离扬的人员，行前须向所在社区（村）、单位报备，返程后须及时向所在社区（村）、单位报备并做好健康监测。被赋黄码人员务必做好个人健康监测，减少与他人接触，在未排除感染风险前避免出行，发生异常及时报告，并按要求落实防控措施。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p></section></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2;letter-spacing: 2px;padding-right: 20px;padding-left: 20px;box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us" contenteditable="false" class=""><p style="text-align: right;
