outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 15px;" contenteditable="false" class="">城发集团是由仪征49家不相属的企业整合而成的大型国有企业。整合初期，不同单位而来的人对公司认识不足、定位不清，对新同事新工作新任务持观望态度，人心一时难以凝聚。面对困难和1584名新人及仅有的78本基础台账，她主动对接移交企业，“白加黑”、“五加二”，一本档案一本档案查，一个岗位一个岗位对，一个人一个人对，结合个人特点和岗位需求，合理安排岗位，做到人员不闲置、工作不断档；为实现科学化管理，从建立健全内控制度入手，牵头制定了《集团办公管理制度》、《集团薪酬管理制度》、《集团资产经营管理流程》等规章制度，建立了“以岗定薪、以能定级、以绩定奖”的薪酬体系。主动为职工群众办实事、解难事，每年组织志愿者参与文明创建、敬老爱幼、关爱弱势群体等志愿服务上千人次，亲自带领员工赴新集敬老院为老人开展多种形式的志愿服务，今年更是组织4000多人次参与扬州世界园艺博览会志愿服务工作。</span><br style="outline: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 15px;" contenteditable="false" class="">集团公司在城市建设工作中面临着巨大的信访压力，一方面妥善处置上级交办的信访转办件；另一方面亲临一线与信访人员面对面交流。2020年下半年更是在北京10多天与进京上访人员讲政策、谈道理，成功调处信访矛盾。在今年7月南京、扬州遭新冠疫情袭击时，竭力做好集团工地和物管小区的防控巡查和协调工作。每天在一线工作10多个小时，协调联防单位工作衔接、解决集团员工本职工作和疫情防控矛盾、落实居民和志愿者后勤保障等工作。</span></section><section style="vertical-align: inherit;
