#000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">清明节是人民群众祭奠逝者、缅怀先人的重要传统节日。当前国内本土疫情多点散发，防控形势十分严峻，为统筹做好疫情防控和清明祭扫工作，切实保障广大人民群众身体健康，现就有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">一、倡导远程祭扫。</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">倡导网络祭扫、居家追思、代为祭扫等绿色祭扫方式。广大市民可通过“扬州民政”微信公众号进行网络免费祭扫或委托墓园机构代为祭扫。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">二、实行预约祭扫。</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">确需现场祭扫的需提前预约，无预约的不得现场祭扫。市民可通过“扬州民政”微信公众号网络预约或电话预约市属墓园祭扫，或通过各地公布的殡葬服务机构电话预约县（市、区）墓园现场祭扫，预约需按要求填报相关信息，实行限量预约、约满为止。请市外人员主动关注我市对市外旅居史人员的健康管理要求，在健康监测期间不得进入墓园祭扫。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">三、实施限流祭扫。</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">各墓园应该科学设定每日现场祭扫人数上限，工作日每户祭扫不超过5人，节假日每户祭扫不超过3人，市民应结合自身工作和生活实际，统筹安排好时间。各墓园要严格控制现场祭扫人数，墓园内避免人员扎堆聚集，减少祭扫逗留时间。各大墓园按照分时段限流、错峰祭扫的原则，适当延长服务时间（早8:00-下午5:00）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">四、严格疫情防控。</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">市民须服从墓园疫情防控相关规定要求，祭扫时全程佩戴口罩，自觉做好个人防护，服从工作人员引导，主动出示预约码，配合扫扬城码、查体温、查健康码、查行程码，体温异常者、健康码黄码或红码、行程码带“*”号、14天内有本土新冠病毒阳性感染者报告地区旅居史人员以及仍在居家健康监测期间人员不得进入祭扫场所。根据目前疫情防控管理要求，市外来扬返扬人员在“3+4+7”健康管理期限结束前不得进墓园（3天居家健康监测、4天严格健康监测、7天自我健康监测）。如遇限流需要排队，应保持间距，耐心等候，防止集聚。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">五、开展低碳祭扫。</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">积极倡导采用敬献鲜花等低碳环保方式缅怀先人。鉴于疫情防控要求，提倡文明祭扫、从简祭扫，禁止携带纸扎祭品入园和焚烧。禁止在林区、散坟等禁火区域焚烧纸钱、燃放烟花爆竹等。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class="">清明自古有缅怀英烈、祭奠逝者、感恩先人的传统，今年清明节正值新冠肺炎疫情防控特殊时期，敬请广大市民以实际行动支持文明殡葬、支持疫情防控。</span></p><p
