max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;"> 为进一步加强来扬返扬货车驾乘人员闭环管理工作，压紧压实货物收发企业疫情防控主体责任，现将有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;"> <strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一、</strong>对来扬返扬完成运输任务后近阶段不再执行运输任务的货车驾乘人员，纳入属地网格化管理，根据最新要求落实市外来人健康管理措施。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;"> <strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二、</strong>对来扬返扬后仍需继续执行运输任务的货车驾乘人员，由货物收发企业承担闭环管理工作职责，严格落实“卡口有人接、行程有人跟、食宿有人管、离开有人送”的“四有”要求。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;"> <strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;">三、</strong>对疫情重点地区来扬返扬货车驾乘人员，企业在申领通行证（线下或线上通过“扬城货车通”小程序）的同时，要明确专人跟踪负责驾乘人员在扬期间全过程闭环管理工作，并负责填写《货车驾乘人员在扬期间行程跟踪表》（见附件）。来扬时，由企业指定责任人从交通卡口接入，按既定线路至企业，并做好车辆及货物的全面消杀；在扬时，如需过夜住宿，由企业指定责任人送至属地健康驿站或在企业提供的场所居住（该场所须配备专人管理，可供货车停放，提供基本餐饮及住宿服务，落实单人单间居住，对驾乘人员每日进行一次核酸检测，早、晚两次测量体温并开展健康询问，督促落实个人防护措施，如出现异常情况及时报告并闭环转运送诊）；离扬时，由企业指定责任人送至交通卡口，完成闭环管理。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"> <strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">四、</strong>企业指定责任人在货车驾乘人员离扬时，要及时如实填写《货车驾乘人员在扬期间行程跟踪表》，并反馈至发放通行证的工作专班或通过“扬城货车通”小程序上传。如货物收发企业和企业指定责任人未严格履行相关职责，导致出现货车驾乘人员失控漏管情况，甚至造成疫情传播扩散，属地将严肃追究其相关责任。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"> <strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">五、</strong>企业指定责任人要加强个人防护，规范佩戴口罩、面屏等防护用品，每日接受核酸检测，完成全程疫苗接种。</p><p style="outline: 0px;
