class="">同时，按照项目审批管理系统操作要求，市住建部门将加快推进工程建设项目在线审批全覆盖，严格督促涉审单位，杜绝逾期件、补录件、秒办件和“体外循环”“线下办理”等现象的出现。进一步加强项目代码应用，提升部门间数据互联互通水平。精简规范工程建设项目技术审查、中介服务事项，规范审批流程，在工改系统中办理审批事项，实现系统主事项全覆盖运行，并联事项同步办理，着力提高工改系统数据运行质量。</span></p></section></div><p></p>
