公益诉讼让仪征“当家塘”再当家

outline: none 0px !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">仪征北部部分乡镇地处丘陵地带，区域性、季节性干旱频发，抽水非常麻烦，要一级一级提水，费用也不低。2021年夏季，检察官走访人大代表时，了解到 “当家塘”成为当地村民农业生产旱涝保收的关键一环，然而由于塘口年久失修，灌溉功能严重下降，每年农忙时，稻田的灌溉用水就成了村民们最为头疼的事。</span></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
