font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">增收“金点子”为低收入妇女带来新收入。意外收获了50只小鸡，低收入妇女惠翠芳乐得合不拢嘴：“这些小鸡都是妇联送来的，兽医站还送了饲料和药，我一分钱都没花。我会好好把鸡养好，这将增加我家庭的收入呢！”授人以鱼不如授人以渔，为鼓励低收入妇女家庭发展致富产业，增加基本收入，仪征市妇联持续五年开展“金鸡送富·关爱助困”行动，为低收入妇女家庭“送鸡苗、扶产业、助增收”。同时，仪征各级妇联上下联动，联系兽医站把好鸡苗饲养、疫病防控等养殖关，帮助饲养家庭提高鸡苗成活率，实现科学化养殖，推动帮扶方式由“ 输血”型向“ 造血”型转变。</span></p><section style="outline: 0px; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">庭院“钱袋子”为家庭致富带来新理念。新集镇光明村近九百户人家都收到了村里发放的香椿树苗。如今，余庄组村民家房前屋后，香椿树随处可见。“香椿树种下去，香椿芽我们自己采摘，既可以吃又能卖钱，香椿树长大后还可以作为绿化用树，为我带来第二笔收益，一举两得。” 村民魏西说。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">近年来，仪征市妇联鼓励农村妇女及家庭成员积极植绿护绿，全面绿化美化庭院，因地制宜发展庭院经济，把经济建设和环境建设有机结合，美化小院子，富裕钱袋子。光明村的香椿村就是发展庭院经济的一个缩影。为进一步扩大美丽庭院、庭院经济的活动效应，仪征市妇联坚持“就地取材+农户参与+突出特色”创建理念，在全市开展“美丽庭院”寻访、随手拍等活动，晒庭院美景、讲庭院故事、评最美庭院，引导广大妇女自觉做美丽庭院的参与者、实践者、维护者、监督者，为农村人居环境整治工作打造一道靓丽的风景线。</span></p><section style="outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">发展“新方子”为妇女发展带来新路径。在蓝莓种植基地，汤宝萍说：“七年前，我想创业，可心里没底，仪征市妇联给我请创业导师，让我创业有了底气。”仪征市妇联积极整合资源，巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接，加强与人社、税务等部门的合作，开展对农村女性创业理念和创业技能培训，每年针对创业女性举办电商、法律、金融等方面的培训，促使创业女性进一步了解政策、认识市场、掌握信息，切实提高创业能力。特别是留守妇女的就业创业技能，仪征市妇联探索采取线上+线下培训模式，科学运用互联网平台，大力实施巾帼提素增能培训，通过远程教学，完善培训内容。着力培养一批懂业务、会操作、善经营的妇女综合型人才。帮助农村创业妇女拓宽视野，理清思路，走出一条符合本地实际的创新创业经营之路，带领更多的妇女增收致富。近三年来，特别针对农村失业失地妇女、留守流动妇女、低收入妇女，开展培训近50期，帮助三千多名农村妇女实现就业、增收。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;
