class="">督察组通过实地查看、调阅视频监控等方式了解各集中隔离场所的基本结构、功能分区、人员配置等情况，对组织架构、平面布局、物资储备、职业防护、医废处置、环境消杀、人文关怀、档案台账等重点环节从严从细开展监督检查。同时，对集中隔离场所合理化布局、集中空调通风系统运行等进行综合评价，并根据扬州市各地区集中隔离场所发现问题清单过细对照、逐一排查。督查过程中发现，部分集中隔离场所存在医疗废物处置不及时、环境消杀不规范、职业防护执行不到位等问题。督查中对能立行立改的问题提出建议并予以现场整改，对问题较突出的方面给予书面反馈并提出可行性的改进意见，有效推动整改落实，确保问题清零。截止目前巡查隔离场所58户次，出动执法人员64次，立查立改问题数140余个。</span></p><section
