cursor: text; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">要慎终如始做好外防输入、内防反弹、支援外地等重点工作。闭环管理一刻不能放松。要坚决严格落实外地来扬货运车辆司乘人员、一线工作人员、冷链物流人员闭环管理举措，加强每日督查巡查，确保闭环管理运行得更顺畅、衔接得更严密，在保物流畅通的同时严防疫情输入。滚动排查一刻不能放松。要发扬密切联系群众的优良作风，持续开展敲门、扫街行动，切实把风险人员排查出、管控住，把基层基础夯实得更加牢固，全力构筑联防联控、群防群控的严密防线。“人物环境”同防一刻不能放松。要坚持铁路、公路、水路、邮路、小路“五路同防”，坚持人、物、环境同防，严防失控漏管现象发生。常态化防控一刻不能放松。要继续毫不放松抓好常态化疫情防控各项工作，多用“疏”的办法解决“管”的难题，多用喜闻乐见的方式凝聚共识、集中民智，把各项防控工作做得更好更实。能力提升一刻不能放松。要加快推进核酸检测、疫苗接种工作，加快建设完善集中隔离点、方舱医院、健康驿站等硬件设施，配强专业力量。要强化全省“一盘棋”思想。各地要不讲条件、不折不扣把省委、省政府交办的支援外地各项任务完成好，在隔离人员的管理和服务上，做到高标准、严规范、优服务。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong>一是把守好交通卡口。</strong>要外防输入，认真查验外来车辆人员，及时推送卡口信息，做好货运司机全程闭环管理；加强高速公路、国省干道沿线的排查管控，发现漏洞及时堵塞，坚决防止疫情输入。要保畅通，保障物流车辆顺畅通行，促进产业链供应链稳定；压实企业责任，督促企业做好准时接驳、严格闭环。要重关怀，做好防疫一线工作人员的关心关怀工作。<strong>二是组织好核酸检测。</strong>要加强人口普查数据、大数据推送数据、社会面网格排查数据的分析比对，把底数摸清楚、把人员对上号；精准高效组织好核酸检测，做到“应检尽检”；加强现场规范管理，落实好各项风险防范措施，避免潜在风险扩散。<strong>三是开展好疫苗接种。</strong>要严格时间要求，坚持目标导向，全力打好疫苗接种攻坚战。坚持领导带头抓攻坚、摸清底数抓攻坚、开动脑筋抓攻坚、严格奖惩抓攻坚，推进疫苗接种工作取得实效。<strong>四是管控好重点场所。</strong>具备条件放开的公共场所，要加强日常监管，严格落实好各项防疫措施，确保放得开、管得好；发挥“两员”队伍作用，定期开展检查，督促责任履行到位；加强执法检查，关注暂时不允许开放的场所，杜绝私自营业现象。<strong>五是统筹好安全发展。</strong>要组织开展五一节前安全生产大检查，发现问题整改到位，形成闭环管理。各园镇、相关部门要关注近期恶劣天气，落实防范措施，做好值班值守，确保万无一失。</span></span></p></section></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph" contenteditable="false" class=""><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span contenteditable="false" class=""></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" contenteditable="false" class="">与会市领导提出具体工作要求，各园镇和有关工作组汇报了工作开展情况。</span></section></section></div><p></p>
