font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">毕业后，赵艳芳开始从事电焊工作，先后在仪化安检公司等多家企业就业，积累了丰富的焊接经验。2008年，赵艳芳来到招商局金陵船舶（江苏）有限公司。船舶制造既是劳动密集型产业，也是科技含量很高的产业，不同的船型、航行海域、设备对船舶管路焊接有着不同的需求，需要长年累月的经验。“干电焊，我在体力方面不占优势，如果想在这个行业站稳脚跟，唯有在技术方面攻关。”赵艳芳告诉记者，下班后，她常往书店跑，自学了大量焊接专业理论知识，熟练掌握船舶焊接技术，攻克了一个又一个难关。</span></p></section></section><section style="margin-top: -40px;
