cursor: text; font-size: 16px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;" contenteditable="false" class="">目前，我国有8500万残疾人，涉及全国2.6亿家庭，仪征有近1.2万残疾人，涉及全市3.6万家庭，推进无障碍环境建设，是保障残疾人等特殊群体，争取公平均等机会、融合共享社会生活的重要前提，更是各级党委政府和社会各界的共同责任。近年来，仪征始终坚持以残疾人为中心的发展理念，持续夯实政府主导地位，充分发挥残工委的组织领导与综合协调作用，在残疾人康复、教育、就业、社会保障、法律维权、文体活动参与、无障碍环境建设等方面出台了一系列救助保障措施，五年来累计投入资金3.3亿元，惠及近1.2万人次，实现残疾人保障覆盖率98.6%。</span></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
