font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">一是要把准方向，扣好人生成长的“扣子”。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">要始终对党忠诚，坚定不移地听党话、跟党走，持续加强理论武装，严守党的政治纪律、政治规矩；要始终胸怀大局，服从于全局、服务于大局，始终做到与市委市政府同频共振、步调一致；要始终找准定位，扛起岗位职责，真正体现自己的人生价值和追求。</span><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">三是要牢记宗旨，校准为民服务的“尺子”。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">要用心联系群众，切忌走过场。融入群众圈子，和群众打成一片，了解他们的安危冷暖，体会他们的喜怒哀乐，在朝夕相处中增进对群众的情感。要真心依靠群众，不搞花架子。主动放下架子、沉下身子，问需于民、问计于民、问政于民，从群众的朴素智慧中汲取营养、实践创造中提炼经验。要诚心服务群众，杜绝做虚功。从群众最期盼、最紧迫、最需要的事情做起，实打实办好每一件惠民小事实事。</span><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
