font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">人才是第一资源。近日我们召开了市委人才工作会议，对引才、育才、留才进行了全面部署。要立足科技创新需要，更加扎实有效地推进人才引培工作。一要引进高层次创新创业人才。坚持招商引资与招才引智并举，瞄准产业强链扩链，同步绘制产业图谱和人才地图，深入实施“凤来仪”计划和科技人才“揭榜挂帅”行动，通过柔性引才等方式，着力引进一批行业领军人才、院士专家团队和高校毕业生。要放大人才政策3.0版效应，健全完善奖励激励、住房保障、子女入学等服务体系，让人才引得来、留得住。二要培养高水平产业技能人才。突出产才融合、产教结合，用心办好职业教育，依托技师学院等基地，有针对性开展校企合作、订单培训，为本地企业发展输送更多实用型人才、技术型工人，打造“仪征工匠”队伍。三要锻造高素质企业家队伍。加大企业家特别是“创二代”培养力度，定期组织开展培训深造，积极搭建“企业家联合会”“企业家沙龙”等交流平台，全面提升企业家现代管理意识、资本运作能力、创新发展水平，努力锻造一支敢创业、善创业、创大业的优秀企业家队伍。</span></p></section></section></div><p></p>
