font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">二要强化联动协作。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">科技创新和“智改数转”虽然不完全相同，但很多工作、很多环节都是相互贯通的。要加强条线之间、条块之间的协同协作，有效整合资源、凝聚力量，形成齐抓共管的工作格局。</span><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">一是政策兑现要说到做到。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">总的来说，这次从上到下出台的政策扶持力度还是相当大的，省财政设立了12亿元的引导资金，扬州市拿出了1亿元的奖补资金，我们仪征也安排了6000万元的专项资金，用于支持“智改数转”。要加强政策宣传、解读和推广，与企业一道做好项目资金的争取工作，真正让企业会用政策、享受红利。</span><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">二是要素保障要给好给足。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">保障企业就是保障发展，在企业的支持上一定要舍得、不能小气，只要是条件允许的、在政策范围内的，能给的要给好给足给到位，决不能打折扣。</span><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
