对那个地方范围太大不适合拆迁浪费资金。这些边缘地带拆迁很有可能成为累赘 ，房地产市场不景气，大拆大建还是悠着点吧。

可以拒绝拆的，不是百分之80吗，大家都不是傻子，如果亏了肯定达不到百分之80啊
