我市强化农村宅基地管理 为乡村振兴打好“地”基

line-height: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">今年，我市选择陈集镇和马集镇开展线上审批试点工作。在此基础上，逐步在全市推进农村宅基地信息化管理，逐渐形成“信息一张图、审批一条链、监管一张网、利用一中心”的宅基地信息化管理格局。其中，马集镇成立了农村宅基地审批工作领导小组，以规范农民自建房审批程序为抓手，以解决“疏”“堵”问题为中心，以构建农村建房管理新机制为导向，着力解决农民建房不规范问题。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" contenteditable="false" class="">按照“试点先行、循序渐进、夯实基础、逐步完善”的总体思路，我市选择试点镇开展农村宅基地线上审批工作，实现农村建房“一件事”“一键办”，让数据多跑路、农民少跑腿。同时，总结试点工作经验，在全市范围内推广，实现域内宅基地线上审批全覆盖。截至目前，我市8家农户获得新建审批，4家农户通过维修审批。</span></p></section></section></section><section style="display: flex;
