text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" contenteditable="false" class="">2021年，中央关于坚决遏制“两高”项目盲目发展的工作部署和要求明确，能耗超5000吨标煤的新建项目需由省发改委进行节能审批。市发改委经过与上级部门多次协调，最终经节能专家评审，3个项目取得省节能审查批复。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;" contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" contenteditable="false" class="">实友化工80万吨醋酸项目，总投资14亿元，项目建成后，年销售收入可达38亿元、利税2亿元；实友化工45万吨苯酚丙酮及24万吨双酚项目，总投资20亿元，项目建成后，年销售收入可达68亿元、利税约4亿元；虹石新材料48万吨/年VAE乳液及10万吨/年VAEP可分散胶粉项目，总投资25亿元，项目建成后，年销售收入可达52亿元、利税1.6亿元。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
