box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">6月27日，安徽省泗县、濉溪县等地报告阳性检测人员，行程轨迹涉及我省南京市鼓楼区、秦淮区和六合区等地。为科学精准做好疫情防控工作，有效控制和降低疫情传播风险，扬州市疾控中心向广大市民发出如下紧急提醒：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">一、主动报备行程</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">近期有外出旅居史来（返）扬人员应主动向社区（村）或所在单位（宾馆、酒店）报备，尤其是有中高风险地区旅居史、与已公布的阳性感染者活动轨迹有交叉的来（返）扬人员，或行程卡有变化、健康码出现红码或黄码等情况人员要立即报备，并配合社区尽快落实各项健康管理工作。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">对相关地区协查的密接、次密接，第一时间进行排查，相关人员按规定落实相应健康管理措施。对6月20日以来有安徽省宿州市泗县旅居史人员严格落实隔离管控、健康监测、核酸检测等健康管理措施。对6月23日以来有安徽省淮北市濉溪县、徐州市睢宁县，6月24日以来有南京市鼓楼区、秦淮区及六合区低风险地区旅居史来（返）扬人员，按规定频次开展核酸检测，加强跟踪健康监测和个人防护。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">二、合理规划出行</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">近期非必要不去中高风险地区和有阳性感染者的地区旅游、出差等。确需前往的，在出发前及返扬后均应向所在社区（村）或所在单位（宾馆、酒店）报备，途中做好个人防护。从中高风险地区来扬返扬的人员，请提前了解我市防控要求。来扬返扬，应主动配合落实相关健康管理措施。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">三、遵守防疫规定</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">当前，正在市外出差、旅游等未返扬人员请做好旅途、就餐等过程中的个人防护。密切关注国内各地区疫情信息，如与目前国内已报告病例的公布行程有轨迹交叉，请立即向社区（村）或所在单位（宾馆、酒店）报告行程，就地自我隔离不外出，并配合各项健康管理措施。如滞留在涉疫地区，请严格遵守当地的防疫规定和要求。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">四、做好个人防护及健康监测</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">请广大市民坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、用公筷等良好的生活习惯；注意保持1米以上的社交距离；主动配合测温、验码等防疫措施。如出现发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、嗅觉味觉减退、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状，应及时按规范程序就诊，并如实告知14天活动轨迹及接触史。就诊过程全程佩戴口罩，避免搭乘公共交通工具。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class=""><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">五、尽早接种疫苗</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;" contenteditable="false" class="">请符合接种条件的市民，包括3-11岁儿童，如无接种禁忌症，请尽早主动完成新冠病毒疫苗全程接种，共筑免疫屏障。已完成疫苗接种6个月以上的，可接种新冠疫苗加强针。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;
