政府卖地挣钱，开发商盖房挣钱，老百姓买房花钱，补贴从哪只羊身上薅毛？

最关键的第三条没人看？财政先垫付，后面乡镇收房产税再还，跟psl如出一辙，是不是房产税要来了。
