class="">张厚林出生于江苏省仪征市月塘镇一个普通的农村家庭，上世纪80年代在月塘中学求学，以优异的成绩考上仪征中学，后又考入复旦大学。毕业后，他一步一个脚印地丈量着人生之路，在他的勤劳、诚实和努力下，经过多年来的不懈耕耘，成就一番事业，现任上海复星高科技（集团）有限公司高级副总裁、财务总监。虽然离开家乡后一直生活在城市，可他一直没有丢掉与生俱来的善良和质朴，他时刻惦记着自己的家乡，牵挂着家乡的父老乡亲。</span></p><p contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 14px;" contenteditable="false" class="">张厚林是农民的儿子，在农村长大，深知农民的艰辛，对知识和人才的重要性有着深刻的认识，对教育事业尤为关注。张厚林作为月塘中学1984届校友，从2005年开始在母校设立“发政奖学金”，每届奖金1万元，用于奖励10名品学兼优的学生；2018年度奖励名额扩大至20人，连续15年捐助母校170多名学生和优秀教师，累计捐款19万元，用实际行动弘扬爱心助学的良好风尚。留给校友、老师和乡亲们的印象是，张厚林先生发展致富之后依然是一身正气，平易近人，没有架子，举手投足间透出浓浓的人情味。</span></p><p contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 14px;" contenteditable="false" class="">张厚林先生一直情牵家乡、心系教育。他认为，“家乡的发展，必须靠知识，靠人才，靠发展教育事业。家乡曾经无私地哺育了我，支持家乡教育是我应当做的。为家乡捐资助教助学，我不图回报，不要铭记在心。我只想激励老师们认真工作，学生们努力读书，多为家乡培育出人才，让他们将来可以回报社会、回报家乡。”2019年春节前夕，张厚林先生怀着对家乡的殷殷之情、关注家乡教育的拳拳之心，风尘仆仆赶回家乡，个人向仪征市红十字会捐资200万元发起成立“发政教育博爱基金”。双方共同成立基金管理办公室，建立制定了组织架构、章程细则和发展规划。基金致力于实施“育才”和“爱烛”行动计划，每年资助一批家庭经济困难和品学兼优学生、奖励优秀乡村教师，助力家乡教育事业发展。</span></p><p contenteditable="false" class=""><span style="font-size: 14px;" contenteditable="false" class="">在基金启动暨助学金发放现场，张厚林先生与大家分享了此次成立“发政教育博爱基金”的初心，温情回顾了自己爷爷张发政老先生的生平，追忆了爷爷对自己的鼓励、关爱、启发和教育，更难忘爷爷对自己“尊重师长、团结同学、关心同辈”的谆谆教诲。此次，成立“发政教育博爱基金”，是寄托自己对爷爷的思念，是对爷爷待人接物的态度、家风的一种传承，努力为家庭、为企业、为社会创造价值。家乡的发展离不开优秀的人才，希望基金能为家乡的学子和教师带来更多的阳光和温暖，自己会一如既往地继续下去，相信坚持就会有收获。爱之深，心之切，张厚林先生对家乡的爱慷慨无私、挚诚纯真，不用矫饰、无需做作，犹如春风化雨、润物无声。</span></p><p class="">爱心行动的意义远远不只是物质和金钱的援助，更重要的是精神的鼓励和示范。自2019年初“发政教育博爱基金”成立以来，已先后资助60名家庭经济困难和品学兼优学生、奖励6名优秀乡村教师。受资助的同学们将对张厚林伯伯的感激之情化为成才之志，珍惜机会，潜心求学，立志早日成才，以优异成绩回报家乡、回报社会；受奖励的乡村教师扎根基层，勤勤恳恳，乐于奉献，用崇高的敬业精神诠释教师的责任与真谛。同时，“发政教育博爱基金”的成立运行，也带来了很好的示范效应，带动了更多的爱心人士参与到捐资助教的慈善事业之中，截至今年基金规模扩大至220万元。带动爱心人士林燕青于2020年5月通过市红十字会捐资100万元设立“成林助学奖学基金”，爱心企业仪征名仕酒业有限公司于2020年12月捐资100万元设立“方有林、王秀兰爱心助学基金”，在全市范围内关爱学生、教师成长，营造浓厚的尊师重教尚学氛围，助力教育事业发展。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
