编辑看了上面文宣内容，不知是在下孤陋寡闻还是过于浅薄！感觉华丽的辞藻难掩空乏与不接地气，个人愚见：这大概就是仪征最让人看不懂的楼盘了。在下不知道该楼盘的具体目标定位，以及锁定的客户群体是什么？在当前的大势下，项目开工建设实在勇气可嘉！平心而论该项目地段还不错，如果真按宣传所言落实的话，环境质量都还可以，但是战略定位和目标人群这个核心有问题，随便估算一下，家庭年收入30W以下购买的话，就会影响生活质量了，小县城不适合搞什么大平层，数栋洋房均衡出来的唯二双拼，不是一般人能买能住的，当然也可能根本不是卖的！记得某年上海某核心区域，当房价飙升到3W每平时，就徘徊不前了，于是开发商联合策划了一个项目，在该区域搞了个单价10W的楼盘，没打算卖，就是拉升周边的，最终短期内成功将周边房价拉到6-7W，难道芳泽园也是这么想的？问题是：仪征这个“爷.真”能拉起来吗？玄！
