壮禾农机合作社：全程机械化服务 让4000多农户“甩手”种田

outline: none 0px !important;" class="">由于水稻机插秧必须配套育秧基地，每亩秧池供秧面积达到120亩，服务面积太小会增加较大的往返转场工作量，达不到精细管理的要求。考虑到基地配套和机械装备配置的科学性、合理性，为提高服务工作效率，便于机械化作业，在落实服务对象时，合作社明确规定每个服务区的生产面积不少于50亩，零星分散的农田不能作为服务对象，即使农民有要求，也要等到成方连片的条件成熟方可纳入服务范围。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; outline: none 0px !important;" class="">合作社健全管理规章制度，建立了固定资产台账、农机具台账，制定了农机安全生产细则。2019年补充了田间档案登记制度，对服务田块绘制平面图，各相关作业队凭图作业，做到精细化管理。合作社所有机具安装北斗智能监控系统，农机手安装“农机管家”APP软件，建立了“服务前制定计划、服务中督查检查、服务后评估考核”的农机生产新机制，取得明显成效。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
