拖车产生的费用应该是执法单位支付，这个在《行政强制法》中有明文规定，我希望不要出现强制收费的情况。

自行车、电动车、摩托车，应当停在黄线方框内（专用停车位）。至于违规停车，怎么处罚，兄弟我不瞎操这份闲心。做好自己，方为上策。

这种一阵风的执法行动公安交管部门最在行了，城管也开始学习了，他们殊不知长治才能久安，路面非机动车各种闯红灯、逆行，就是管不住，哪个没戴头盔一拍一个准
