个人感觉，物业属于公共服务，就不应该存在私人物业公司，由政府物业服务，老百姓放心，也不要那么多部门去监管了二，浪费政府资源。私人企业肯定要有盈利目的，跟政府不一样，政府不在乎利益，一心为民

核心问题，物业就不该搞私企，就应该坚持政府管理。水电煤是国企，这么多年该涨价涨价，也没听说老百姓不满意，我们小区物业有一点说的也是对的，物业费十几年不涨价也不行，就拿路边的煎饼，十几年前3.5一个，现在不加鸡蛋7.5一个。质价相符，但还是羡慕拆迁安置房，服务无差别，安置房永享免费。

:lol:lol以我对各位的了解，我真心不觉得，仪征住建会对上次问题予以严肃处置，否则这类问题又会怎泛滥成常态呢，非要靠“投诉、举报”能去作为？
